Chakradance™ Kids at Esteem Dance Company

Chakradance™ Kids is a modern movement therapy program that blends ancient healing traditions with creative play to nurture the whole child — body, mind, emotions, and energy.

Designed especially for children, Chakradance™ Kids provides a warm, imaginative, and non-judgemental space where children are encouraged to move freely, explore emotions, and express who they truly are. Through original music, modern fairytales, expressive movement, mandala-based art, meditation, and breath awareness, children are gently guided to connect with themselves and the world around them.

Each week of the course focuses on a different chakra, supporting a specific emotional and developmental theme such as:

• feeling safe and grounded

• building confidence and self-belief

• expressing emotions and creativity

• developing empathy, calm, and self-trust

The themes reflect real-life challenges children face today, giving them age-appropriate tools to understand and express their inner worlds in a playful and empowering way.

Step inside a class and you may see children sweeping away dragon sneezes with feathers, moving like wolves, creating art within a magic circle, or reaching for the sky like a forest of trees. 🌿✨
